Bruin OnLine Advisory Group

The Bruin OnLine Advisory Group (BOL-AG) is a services planning and feedback group chaired by the Bruin OnLine Manager. The primary responsibility of the BOL-AG is to provide advice and assistance with the introduction, rollout, and support of new and improved Bruin OnLine services and software. This includes assisting with developing communications, service implementation scheduling, and refining support models for such services. Additionally, the BOL-Advisory Group will also provide Bruin OnLine management with continual feedback on and recommendations for BOL’s existing services, software, and support. With regards to BOL-AG recommendations and policies, each member is expected to advocate for their respective populations, however, the BOL-AG is to come up with a consensus that best meets the needs of those user groups most affected. Additionally, BOL-AG approved policies and recommendations will be submitted for approval to other IT governing bodies such as ITMG and CSG.
