Fitness For Fun

UCLA Staff Assembly is thrilled to announce a new monthly program – Fitness for Fun – to promote camaraderie amongst UCLA Staff while enjoying a fun fitness activity. The goal of this program is to have staff members, who may not usually get out and about, meet up for a “Sweaty Social,” while getting to meet each other, doing something active, and learning more about our university.

Join us for a “Daybreak Dance Workout” on Thursday, September 14 at 7:00am at the top of Janss Steps. Our partners at UCLA Recreation FITWELL will lead a 45 minute easy-to-follow, no dance experience necessary, fun-filled aerobic workout. The point is to have FUN!

Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. The workout will be tailored for all levels. Access to locker rooms without membership is currently unavailable but don’t sweat it – nothing your own baby wipes and deodorant can’t fix.
