1. Intro / overview of ergonomic principles
2. Introduction of the concept of a Reference Posture. There are less stressful positions for your body when working in front of a computer, and your workstation set-up should allow you to achieve those positions.
3. Examples of 3-4 bad workstations and discussion of what's wrong with them (and how those workstations were or could be improved)
4. Discussion of ergonomics / injury prevention with the theme of Movement:
5. Move with your feet while seated
6. Move regularly out of the chair
7. Move frequently used items close to you
8. Move toward prevention (both from an individual and organizational standpoint).

Also, learn about the upcoming application process for the Staff Advisor program. Applications for the position are due this Winter Quarter.
