I have been part of the Bruin community since my undergrad years and have continued my “Bruinship” as part of the UCLA staff community since 2005. I’ve had the pleasure to serve on the Staff Assembly board as VP of Development and Strategic Communications and also as co-chair of the Staff Assembly True Bruin Move and Groove 5k. It’s been a rewarding process that has enabled me to appreciate the value of the relationships we build within the University and beyond the UCLA community.

I’ve personally greatly enjoyed and benefited from previous events and programs led by Staff Assembly throughout the years and, as a True Bruin, want to do the same for others on campus. As VP of Development this past year, I have observed the value that Staff Assembly provides to the University, beyond just staff, and the opportunities we still have to grow and foster relationships to benefit UCLA staff.

As Secretary / Historian, my goals are:

To accurately capture and record Staff Assembly’s mission through meeting minutes and hopefully, through the use of social media, fully capture the many events that Staff Assembly has set out to execute on campus while finding ways to develop and grow its social media presence.
