I consider myself as a proud Bruin, a True Bruin. Since the Fall of 1991, I’ve made UCLA my home, first as a student and now as a staff member. During my 19 years on campus, I have come to appreciate the many wondering programs our campus has to offer. My education and development did not stop upon receiving my bachelor’s degree but has continued as I have participated Campus Human Resources’ training classes and certificate programs, Staff Enrichment Program, and Professional Development Program. As a Student Affairs Officer, I have incorporated my training to assisting students completing their degree, collaboratively working with staff while assisting the faculty in their academic mission.

This past year, I served on the Executive Board as the Secretary/Historian assisting with programs and documenting Staff Assembly activities. This experience, along with participating in CHR programs, has shown and motivated me to make staff aware programs and resources our wonderful campus as to offer.

As the Vice President of Special Projects, not only will I work to assist our President in achieving his goals for the campus, I will also continue to support established Staff Assembly programs and create programs to promote staff participation on campus.
