DESCRIPTION:Learn@Lunch Webinar: UCLA Staff Assembly Executive Board Election \nWednesday\, April 16\, 2025\nNoon – 1 p.m.\nZoom \nAre you interested in running for a UCLA Staff Assembly Board position? The UCLA Staff Assembly Executive Board will host a Learn@Lunch webinar on Wednesday\, April 16 to kick off the election season. Executive Board members will present the roles\, responsibilities\, and time commitments associated with each position. This is an opportunity to learn about each position to determine if the role is a fit for you. In addition\, the event will provide you with an understanding of what Staff Assembly is and what we do for the UCLA community and beyond. \nStaff Assembly Executive Board Eligibility Requirements: The Executive Board shall be nominated and elected by the general Staff Assembly membership. The appointment period is July 1\, 2025\, through June 30\, 2026. Any policy-covered staff who has completed one (1) year of employment at UCLA is eligible to be elected as a member of the Staff Assembly Executive Board. Nominees must not be exclusively represented or employed in a position that is part of a collective bargaining unit.
