Like the rest of the world, the past 12 months have been exceptionally rough for our University and the small businesses that support us. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our lives and businesses, forcing us to find creative new ways to connect and sustain in a virtual environment. Nonetheless, UCLA Staff Assembly and Campus Purchasing are committed to supporting small businesses through these difficult times.
This year, UCLA’s annual Small Business Resource Fair will be held as a virtual event, allowing for higher attendance and closer engagement with UCLA faculty, staff and students. Participating small businesses will have an opportunity to reach over 400 departments that purchase more than $250 million in goods and services each year. The virtual event will be held on Run the World platform, which provides you with the one-on-one engagement with UCLA attendees during the interactive breakout event.
