Please join us for UCLA’s Staff Assembly Staff Appreciation Week. We have an exciting lineup planned for each day, ranging from lunches and happy hours to trivia challenges and wellness activities. We truly appreciate each and every staff member at UCLA and want to celebrate your hard work, dedication, and the unique contributions you bring to our campus community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for all UCLA staff to connect with colleagues, engage with leadership, and participate in an array of activities. Staff working on hybrid or flexible schedules are warmly welcomed to attend. Additionally, every event will feature a raffle with exciting prizes donated by our incredible campus partners.
A Note to Supervisors
Supervisors are encouraged to grant employees sufficient release time to attend these events, provided that the absence does not infringe upon the performance of required job duties.

Join us Monday, June 22, 2026, 7:00–8:30 AM at Santa Monica Hospital for a Staff Appreciation Week morning meet & mingle! Stop by for coffee, light snacks, and a swag give-away as we celebrate the everyday dedication of our UC Health team.

Mentoring Is for Everyone: Staff Appreciation Week Networking for Growth & Connection
Celebrate Staff Appreciation Week by making time for connection, conversation, and community. Join UCLA Staff Assembly for an informal Zoom networking session spotlighting the launch of Mentoring Is for Everyone: Building Connections for Growth, a new self-paced course from the Learning & Organizational Development team.
This session is a chance to meet fellow staff, expand your UCLA network, and recognize the everyday ways staff support, guide, and learn from one another. Through casual conversation and guided prompts, participants will explore how informal mentoring, peer support, feedback, and shared experience can contribute to professional growth.
No formal mentor matching and no long-term commitment, just a Staff Appreciation Week opportunity to connect, feel appreciated, and discover practical resources for continued learning and growth.

Join us Thursday, June 25, 2026 at LULU Restaurant (Hammer Museum) for a well-deserved unwind. The bar welcomes walk-ins all hours, and snag bites from the $12 menu between 3:00–6:00 PM. Bring colleagues, soak up the vibes, and toast to the team that makes UCLA Health amazing.
