Executive Board

Heidi has been a career employee with the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA since 2007. She is currently the residency program coordinator in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine. Heidi’s interests include process improvement, staff retention and burnout and staff wellbeing. In her free time, she spends her time volunteering as President-Elect with Staff Assembly, member of the GMEAS section of Association of Pathology Chairs, member of the EDI people subcommittee and oversees resident wellness in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine.  Heidi enjoys her time outside of work by going on vacations with her family, long walks with her dogs and volunteering in children’s ministry at her local church.
