Maryann Elegonye holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and Leadership and brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly within startup companies. In Maryann’s current role as a Senior Program Analyst for UCLA’s Department of Medicine Quality, she focuses on managing incentive programs, leveraging her extensive expertise in quality and management strategies to drive both program improvements and organizational success.

In this VP of Digital Engagement role, Maryann is also responsible for managing various related accounts that are relevant to staff. i.e. sharing resources, bringing awareness of the different activities on campus. Additionally, posting UCLA’s current events on the platforms as well.

As a member of the AY 2024-2025 Staff Assembly Executive Board and Committee, Maryann is dedicated to leveraging her diverse experience to enhance collaboration, engagement, and excellence within the organization, contributing to the ongoing success and development of the healthcare industry.
