Ross Victory

Vice President, Outreach

Ross Victory is a Program Manager with UCLA Extension’s International and Custom Programs unit, where he designs and oversees specialized educational experiences for international universities, government agencies, and professional organizations. A native of Los Angeles, Ross leads the planning and implementation of custom academic programs, coordinating faculty recruitment, logistics, budgets, and client engagement to deliver high-impact educational experiences that reflect UCLA’s global reputation for excellence.

Ross currently serves as the Vice President of Outreach for UCLA Staff Assembly, where he is dedicated to amplifying staff voices, fostering cross-campus collaboration, and strengthening community through storytelling and strategic visibility initiatives.

Before joining UCLA, Ross served as the Assistant Center and Operations Director at Kings Education Hollywood and began his career as an English language teacher, building a strong foundation in international education and cross-cultural engagement. He is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, where he earned a degree in Business Management.

Outside of UCLA, Ross is an award-winning author, genre-fluid storyteller, and community advocate. He leads Embracing All of Me, a creative and social impact initiative focused on identity, imagination, and belonging through books, podcasts, and cultural campaigns. He also serves on the board of the Los Angeles Bi+ Task Force, helping to drive community wellness programming and digital equity initiatives for LGBTQ+ communities.
